Taliban forces uproot the fencing as tensions between Taliban & Pakistan escalate over Durand line

Pressures are raising between the Taliban and the Pakistan security forces over border fencing at the Durand line. In recent weeks, there have been a number of clashes along the Durand line when the two sides changed fire.

Amid rise in Omicron cases in the country, India’s eastern state of West Bengal on Thursday blazoned that it’s temporarily suspending all direct breakouts from the UK to Kolkata from January 3, 2022.

The state government said the breakouts expiring from”at- threat” countries as notified by the central government won’t be allowed into the state.

The West Bengal government further stated that passengers arriving from”non at- threat” countries would have to suffer coronavirus test on appearance at the field.
