Dressed in a black jumper, Akie carried the ashes in a box covered with a ornamental fabric into the Budokan venue as a 19- gun salutation sounded in honour of theex-premier.
The former Prime Minister reshaped Japan’s foreign policy, including setting out a bold vision for a amount vault in ties with India.
PM Modi had on Tuesday met his Japanese counterpart Fumio Kishida and underscored the late Japanese leader’s benefactions in strengthening the bilateral cooperation as well as his vision of a free, open and inclusive Indo- Pacific region.
Abe was Japan’s longest- serving high minister and one of the country’s most recognisable political numbers, known for cultivating transnational alliances and his” Abenomics” profitable strategy.

Mr Abe, 67, was shot dead while making a crusade speech three months back in the southern Japanese megacity of Nara. His indicted killer targeted the former leader believing he’d ties to the Unification Church, which the bushwhacker begrudged over massive donations his mama had made to the side.
India had blazoned a one- day public mourning on July 9 as a mark of respect for Mr Abe.
