Shocking videos from China have made the internet round. This shows a toddler who fell from the car window at a traffic intersection on a busy road. This video is said to be from Ningbo China. Although it is very strange that the driver did not stop the car to pick up the baby, several other people who crossed the busy road rushed to the saving of toddlers.
